Despite a poor reputation, few countries have the variety of non-chain (sorry America!) restaurants that the UK has. I'll start by reviewing some Michelin Starred restaurants, then others can add more over time... Reviews will be kept to recent visits, to provide a flavour of not only the food but also the feeling of the place.
