Chef Todd has drawn inspiration from the New World style and down through history to perfect his own style of cooking which he has dubbed "Beaux Arts" as it draws on global ingredients and classical preparations. The menu changes daily to take advantage of the very freshest seasonal ingredients and, of course, Chef Todd's Florida Keys-inspired creativity. The classic Tartar and Carpaccio (impossible to find on most menus) or the Pizza (rediscovering the original) or Thai Scented Mussels are perfect starters, readying your palate for the main attraction. Classics such as Sweetbreads, Osso Buco, Bouillabaisse, and fresh hand-cut steaks, balance a menu from Thai curries, sushi, island style fish dishes, pastas to paella. The result? Perfection!
